Registration of Money transfer

You should come to “Azerigaqzbank” to show the document certifying your personality and to complete the form for sending/receiving money.

When sending money the sender and when receiving money- the recipient shows the document, certifying personality (passport, driving license, military card).

THE SENDER completes the form for money transfer, pays in the sum transferred and pays for the service according to valid tariff.

In the form, the Sender indicates:

• the city and country of destination
• amount in US dollars in numbers and in script
• Full name of the recipient
• Sender’s full name
• Sender’s phone number
• Sender’s resident country
• Control question and answer to it (optional).

The form is certified by the Sender’s signature.

THE RECIPIENT completes the blank for money receiving in which he/she indicates:

• his/her full name
• his/her address and telephone number
• receiving sum
• the full name of the sender
• phone number of the sender (optional)
  
• resident country of the sender
• 10-digit control number of transfer.
